The Otonabee Region Conservation Authority (ORCA) is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering Service Providers (EPSs) for construction planning (including preparation of conceptual and detailed design, plans and specifications), procurement of a company to perform construction services, and construction administration/management/and quality control/quality assurance for remedial flood control works at the Millbrook Dam. The dam is located in the Millbrook Ward of the Township of Cavan Monaghan, County of Peterborough, Ontario.

Interested firms must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes, prominently marked with the RFP title “Millbrook Dam Remedial Flood Control Works: Design, Procurement and Construction Management, Reference Number P057-2016, to the attention of Mr. Dan Marinigh, Chief Administrative Officer/Secretary-Treasurer, The Otonabee Region Conservation Authority, 250 Milroy Drive, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 7M9 – no later than Thursday, June 2, 2106 at 11:59:59 A.M.
