Otonabee Conservation will invoice applicants residing in the County of Peterborough once the Authority receives the severence application file from the County of Peterborough. Applicants residing in the City of Peterborough will pay this fee to the City of Peterborough. - Site Plan (single residential) - $250
Site Plan (other developments) - $400

Otonabee Conservation will invoice applicants residing in the County of Peterborough once the Authority receives the application file from the County of Peterborough. Applicants residing in the City of Peterborough will pay this fee to the City of Peterborough. - Amendments to Draft Plan - $350
- Land Inquiries - $125

Fee is deducted from the processing fee if works applied for within one year. - Golf Course Projects - $4,000

When an application is received that is the result of another environmental plan review (e.g. an OPA and ZBA) a single fee, of the higher value, will be applied. Where a planning application (e.g. zoning or minor variance) is required as a Condition of Consent by the Land Division Committee of the County of Peterborough,
only the fee for consent will apply.
Revisions to plans may require an additional fee of 75% of the established fee.
There will be no review fees applied to the Temporary Use By-laws, Interim Control By-laws, or By-laws for removal of a Holding Provision. The Otonabee Region Conservation Authority will provide comments to the municipality upon request.
Please be advised that further information and studies may required by the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority in order to process an application, the costs of which will be borne by the applicant or their agent. This information may include details related to wetlands, floodplains, hydraulics, slope stability or stream systems. Once completed, all studies become the property of the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority and the information may be used by the Conservation Authority and its member municipalities.
In order for members of the public to view any studies, plans and reports related to your permit, a formal request under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (RSO 1990, c.M.56) is required. Access is subject to statutory exemptions. The same is true should you wish to access any studies, plans and reports pertaining to others' permits.
